Bartlett resident and educator Ray Wynne (second from left) has been honored with the Citizenship Education Teacher Award for grades 9-12. The award, presented by Veterans of Foreign Wars, recognizes exceptional teachers for their outstanding commitment to teaching Americanism and patriotism to their students.
