Jordan Balton of Eads, a sophomore at Saint Benedict at Auburndale High School, wins the Annual Shelby County Chapter of the Tennessee Right to Life Oratory Contest. She spoke of the sanctity of human life and received a check for $175 and the right to go on to the State Competition in April. Second place was Emily Kane, who is homeschooled.
