Robinwood Retirement Opens Its Doors January 1
Bartlett’s newest retirement community – Robinwood Retirement – will open its doors to residents on Jan. 1, 2013. Robinwood is located at 2795 Kirby Whitten Parkway. Tours are available to the public.
Robinwood, an independent living retirement community for people ages 55+, offers one, two, and three bedroom apartments, plus 2-bedroom cottages with double garages. All inclusive month-to-month rent provides all utilities, modern amenities such as 24-hour concierge and valet services, room service, and resort-style dining along with traditional housekeeping, scheduled transportation, resident travel program, entertainment, and fitness programs. No buy-in is required.
Robinwood’s 141 units (127 apartments and 14 cottages) are equipped with full kitchens. Units range from one- to three-bedroom, and are outfitted with washer and dryer connections and handicap-accessible bathrooms. Robinwood residents will enjoy beautifully landscaped park-like grounds with gazebo and walking paths.
Robinwood provides the conveniences of an on-site bank, gift shop, beauty/barber salon, fully-equipped fitness center, and 150-seat theater with dance floor. The 27-foot theater screen means great viewing for movies and sporting events.
Robinwood resident managers, Emily Sansbury and Josh Brown, live on site and manage the day-to-day operations of the community. “We are so excited to be part of Bartlett!” Sansbury said.
