SALMONELLA – MULTIPLE PRODUCTS: Several different multistate outbreaks of salmonella linked to raw turkey products, Hy-Vee Spring Pasta Salad, Kellog’s Honey Smacks Cereal, pre-cut melons and contact with live poultry in backyard flocks. See details.
OTTOMANELLI BEEF: Fresh and frozen raw ground beef from Ottomanelli Wholesale Meats. Possible contamination with Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) O45, O103 and O145. See details.
2 RECALLS FOR FORD CARS & SUVs: (1) Gearshift problem that can cause the vehicles to roll away unexpectedly; affects certain 2013 through 2016 Fusion sedans and some 2013 and 2014 Escape small SUVs. (2) Certain 2018 stripped chassis incomplete vehicles; recall is for front-wheel studs that weren’t properly heat treated. See details.
CALZONES: Stefano Foods’ pepperoni five-cheese calzones. Possible contamination with extraneous materials (specifically pieces of hard, sharp, clear plastic). See details.
CHICKEN SALAD: New Seasons Market’s ready-to-eat sesame noodle chicken salad, recalled for misbranding and undeclared allergens. See details.
WATER PIK PRODUCT: Sonic-Fusion flossing toothbrush by Water Pik Inc., recalled because the charging base may overheat with localized melting and sparking, possibly causing fire, shock or burns. See details.
UTZ CHIPS: Carolina Style Barbeque Potato Chips by Utz Quality Foods LLC, recalled because of undeclared soy allergen contents for packages with certain expiration dates. See details.
AVALANCHE TRANSCEIVERS: Recalled by Ortovox because a software error could fail to transmit the position of survivors of an avalanche, resulting in delayed search and rescue operations. See details.
DEL MONTE VEGGIE TRAYS – ALERT: More than 200 people have been sickened (including seven hospitalizations for severe intestinal infections) in several states because of a parasite that’s been linked back to Del Monte plastic vegetable trays. The small packets contain fresh broccoli, cauliflower, celery sticks, carrots, and dill dip and are sold at various smaller food markets. See details.
BABY WASH: Saje Natural Wellness Splish Splash Gentle Baby Wash, recalled because of possible bacterial contamination. See details.
RAW CHICKEN: Recalled by Afandina Halal in Long Island City, N.Y., because some were produced, packaged and distributed without having a federal inspection. See details.

DIRT-TO-SNOW BIKE CONVERSION KIT: Recalled by Camso because bolts on the brakes can loosen, posing a crash or impact hazard. See details.
PRESCRIPT-ASSIST SUPPLEMENT: The dietary supplement from LL’s Magnetic Clay Inc. is being recalled because it may contain undeclared allergens, including almonds, crustaceans, milk, casein, eggs, and peanuts. See details.
PACCAR VEHICLES: Recall of multiple makes/models of tractor-trailers by PACCAR Inc. because the driver may not be warned when the anti-lock braking system (ABS) is offline. Those included are the 2015-2018 Kenworth T660, T680, T800 and 2900, as well as the 2017-2018 Peterbilt 567 and 579. See details.
PORSCHE: Certain makes/models recalled because the connecting links may detach from the rear-axle anti-roll bar, potentially damaging the surrounding suspension parts and affecting the vehicle’s handling. See details.
GILLIG BUSES: Certain 2001-2018 Low Floor transit buses by Gillig LLC may have turn signals that flash slowly, reducing their visibility to other drivers. See details.
REV MOTORHOMES: Certain 2019 Fleetwood Flair and Holiday Rambler Admiral, model 28A, Class A motor homes, recalled by REV Recreation Group because of a wiring defect that could cause an electrical short. See details.
INDIAN MOTORCYCLES: Certain 2017-2018 Indian Scout, Scout Sixty and Scout Bobber motorcycles from Indian Motorcycle Company because the anti-lock brake system may have air left in the system after the assembly process. This can reduce brake effectiveness, increasing the risk of a crash. See details.
BMW MOTORCYCLES: Certain 2017-2018 BMW G310R and 2018 BMW G310GS motorcycles, recalled because repeated use and loading of the side stand could cause damage to the side stand and the motorcycle’s frame. That damage may result in the motorcycle unexpectedly falling over while it is stationary, increasing the risk of injury. See details.
MERCEDES: Certain 2018 Mercedes-Maybach S560 and S560 4Matic and Mercedes S450 4Matic, S450, S560, S560 4Matic, and S560 Coupe 4Matic vehicles, recalled by Mercedes-Benz because he electrical power bars inside the pre-fuse box in the trunk may not have been secured properly. (That can cause higher electrical resistance, increasing the risk of a fire. Additionally, an intermittent contact between the power bars could lead to a loss of vehicle functions. The engine operation, the seat belt functions and the instrument cluster could be impaired, increasing the risk of a crash and injuries.) See details.
MERCEDES CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS: Certain 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA250 and GLA250 4Matic vehicles, recalled because the child seat top tether anchorage point on the center position of the rear seat may not have been installed. If the top tether anchorage point is missing, a child seat will not be able to be properly installed in the center rear seat position, increasing the risk of injury. See details.
NISSAN AIR BAGS: Certain 2011 Nissan Versa sedans and 2011-12 Nissan Versa hatchbacks, recalled because of a potential issue with the front passenger air bag. In the event of a crash that would deploy the airbag, some inflators may explode due to propellant degradation occurring after long-term exposure to absolute humidity and temperature cycling. An inflator explosion may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants, resulting in serious injury or death. See details.
CHEVROLET MALIBU: Certain 2016-18 Chevrolet Malibu vehicles are being recalled by General Motors because of an installation error that could affect air bag deployment. During servicing, a Passenger Presence System (PPS) may have been installed that was not correctly calibrated to the vehicle’s seat type. As a result, the PPS may not properly identify an adult passenger from a child passenger in the front passenger seat, potentially causing the air bag to not deploy when it should, or causing the air bag to deploy when it shouldn’t. FIFTH-WHEEL TRAILERS: Certain 2018-19 Grand Design Solitude fifth wheel trailers, recalled because the liquid propane (LP) gas line on the optional pull-out outside kitchen may contact the underside of the hot grill. That contact may result in a propane leak, increasing the risk of a fire. See details.
DODGE – BACKUP CAMERA: Certain 2018 Dodge Journey and RAM 1500, 2500 and 3500 vehicles, recalled by Chrysler because the backup camera may lose image display while the vehicle is backing up, increasing the risk of a crash. See details.
DODGE – REVERSE GEAR: Certain 2018 Dodge Journey vehicles, recalled by Chrysler because the rear camera view may not be fully visible within two seconds when reverse gear has been selected. If the full camera view is delayed and the driver does not check the surroundings before backing up, there may be an increased risk of a crash. See details.
NEW FLYER CITY BUSES: Certain 2014-2016 New Flyer urban transit buses equipped with ZF Axles that have radial air disk brakes. Recalled because surface roughness of a guide pin in the radial brake calipers may cause the brake carriage guide pin support bolt to break. This can reduce braking ability and increase stopping distance or cause a loss of tire pressure, increasing the risk of a crash. See details.
AERIAL EMERGENCY VEHICLES: Certain 2015-2017 KME Predator SS Aerial and 2015-2018 KME Predator Aerial emergency vehicles equipped with an aerial platform and optional modular platform tether control. Recalled by Kovatch Mobile Equipment Corp. (KME) because, if the tether control gets unplugged while it is operating the aerial, the last command will be continued to be carried out. This can increase the risk of an injury. See details.
FORD V-6 ENGINES: Certain 2018 Ford Expedition, F-150, and Lincoln Navigator vehicles equipped with 3.5L GTDI V6 engines. Recalled by Ford because these vehicles have high-pressure fuel pump assemblies with welds that can fracture, which may cause an oil or fuel leak. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source may increase the risk of a fire. See details.
LAMBORGHINI: Certain 2012-2018 Lamborghini Aventador Coupe and Roadster vehicles, recalled because the engine may stall unexpectedly during certain driving conditions, such as when the accelerator pedal is released below 2000 rpms while the transmission is automatically downshifting to a lower gear. FORD EDGE AND LINCOLN: Certain 2017-2018 Ford Edge and 2017 Lincoln MKZ vehicles. On vehicles with 2.0L gas engines and six-speed automatic transmissions, the torque converter weld studs may have been inadequately welded. If the studs fail, the torque converter will not be connected to the engine flexplate and the vehicle will lose the ability to move, increasing the risk of a crash. See details.
FORD F-650 AND F-750: Certain 2018 Ford F-650 and F-750 trucks, recalled because the brake circuit hose assemblies (located between the master cylinder and the hydraulic control unit) may have been manufactured without anti-corrosion plating on the coupling fittings, or “ferrules,” of the hoses. This can lead to premature corrosion, and result in a brake fluid leak. A leak can reduce brake effectiveness, increasing the risk of a crash. See details.
