Real estate experts to give insights into Memphis-area trends March 3

GERMANTOWN, Tenn. — Real estate leaders will offer their reviews and insights for the Memphis-area commercial market at the 12th annual Commercial Property Forecast Summit on March 3, at the Germantown Performing Arts Center (GPAC).

The program is presented by the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) Commercial Council. Registration begins at 1:30 p.m. The program starts at 2 p.m. and a reception follows at 4 p.m.

Local perspectives will be provided in the following areas:

Summit-logoThe summit’s keynote presenter will be Dr. Mark Dotzour, Chief Economist and Director of Research at Texas A & M University, Real Estate Center.

Dotzour is a macroeconomist doing market research to monitor how global and national trends are likely to impact commercial and residential real estate markets.

“Dr. Dotzour’s insights into the market are invaluable to real estate professionals,” said Steve Woodyard of Woodyard Realty Corporation, 2015 summit chairman. “He can connect the dots from past to present to future.”
