Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) staff and ambassadors gathered at Rainbow Health & Rehab at 8119 Memphis-Arlington Rd in Bartlett on Thursday, February 7th to celebrate a ceremonial ribbon cutting for the new addition of a long-term care wing. The ceremonial ribbon was cut by Donni Dubert, Administrator of the facility; Brian Brinkerhoff, Vice President of Operations West Division for their parent company Covenant Dove; and Jim Palculict who is the Vice President of Marketing for Covenant Dove, while they were surrounded by staff members.
