  1. Jim Hartsfield says:

I was a Radio Shack Manager years ago, I worked 6 Days a week, 12 to 14 hours a day, and made $400.00 per month before taxes.

Two years ago I stopped by the Bartlett Store and asked the salesman if the Company was still owned by Tandy Corp ,Out of Fort Worth, Texas.

The reply that I received as ” I don’t know who owns this place ” — With a laugh I said you don’t really care either do you?—The reply came back ” No, why should I “—

My point here is that your employees can put you out of business along with improper management.

    Sincerely,

    Jim Hartsfield/Bartlett, TN
