Bolton senior Unjala Lester was surprised by teammates and family when she officially signed her letter of intent to run track at Austin Peay University.
Lester, daughter of Angela and Reginald Lester, is a past Tennessee state track participant in the 800 and 4×800 relay and was an all-region selection in cross country. Coached by Lance Jones, Lester hopes to pursue a degree in physical therapy or physical education.
