Area municipalities have announced the following schedules for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
Bartlett
- Bartlett City Offices will be closed Dec. 25-26 and Jan. 1.
- Trash will be picked up on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31 but will be delayed one day starting on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
- Bartlett Animal Shelter will be closed on Dec. 25-26 and Jan. 1.
- The Bartlett Recreation Center’s holiday hours will be Dec. 24, 5 a.m.-3 p.m.; Dec. 25, closed; Dec. 31, 5 a.m.-6 p.m.; and Jan. 1, 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
- The Bartlett Public Library will be closed on Dec. 24-25 and Jan. 1.
Lakeland
- Lakeland City Hall and the Lakeland Senior Center will both be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
- Residents whose normal trash pickup day is Thursday will have trash pickup delayed by one day for Christmas and New Year’s Day.
Arlington
- Arlington Town Hall will close at noon on Christmas Eve and also be closed on Dec. 25-26 and New Year’s Day.
- Trash pickups that fall on a Thursday holiday will be delayed until the next day.
