NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the requirements of the State of Tennessee and Ordinances of the City of Bartlett, Tennessee, the following is published and made known to all interested persons: The Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet on Tuesday, November 25th, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. in the Bartlett City Hall Council Chamber to consider the following Ordinance:
Ave Maria Nursing Home, is requesting approval to Rezone properties they have purchased to build additional facilities to expand their already existing facility. The subject property is located on the east side of Charles Bryan Road. The new properties to be rezoned are presently zoned O-C (Office Center District and requested to be rezoned to RS-18 (Single Family Residential.) This Application to Rezone is being filed concurrently with the Special Use Permit.
Any citizen who may wish to appear and testify either for or against this ordinance will be heard. A copy of this proposal may be seen in the Planning Office at Bartlett City Hall Annex, weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Comments may be addressed to the attention of Mayor A. Keith McDonald, Bartlett City Hall, 6400 Stage Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38134, and are to be received no later than 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 25th, 2014.

Ave Maria Nursing Home, is requesting a Special Use Permit to build additional facilities to expand their already existing facility. The subject property is located on the west side of Charles Bryan Road. The new properties are presently zoned RS-18 (Single Family Residential), O-C (Office Center District), R-E (Residential Estate District). They are filing concurrent applications to rezone the O-C portions of the 4.5 acres east of Charles Bryan to RS-18 in order to obtain a single special use permit.
