NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in the Assembly Chamber at Bartlett City Hall on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. for a hearing to consider the following request:
Tommy and Jimmie Campbell, 3031 Cotulla Cove, Bartlett, are requesting a variance from the minimum side yard setback for a covered carport which will encroach 8 feet into the north side yard setback requirement. The property is located within the “RS-10” Single Family Residential Zoning District.
Any citizen who may wish to appear at Bartlett City Hall and testify either for or against this request will be heard. Written comments, either for or against, may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, City of Bartlett, Director of Planning, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134, and are to be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2014.

Bruce and Diane Dahike, 3104 Falling Star Cove, are requesting a variance from the minimum front yard setback to install a cover over an existing concrete step at their front door which will encroach 2 feet 8 inches on the left side front yard setback and 10 inches on the right side front yard setback requirement. The property is located within the “RS-10” Single Family Residential Zoning District.
Any citizen who may wish to appear at Bartlett City Hall and testify either for or against this request will be heard.
