NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in the Assembly Chamber at Bartlett City Hall on Thursday, May 15th, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. for a hearing to consider the following request:
Paul A. and Judy A. Gionti, 3800 Audubon Ridge Bend, are requesting a variance from the minimum rear yard setback to construct an enclosed patio room which will encroach into the 25 foot rear yard setback requirement. The property is located within the “RS-10” Single Family Residential Zoning District.
Any citizen who may wish to appear at Bartlett City Hall and testify either for or against this request will be heard. Written comments, either for or against, may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, City of Bartlett, Director of Planning, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134, and are to be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 15th, 2014.

Pursuant to the requirements of the State of Tennessee, the following information is published and made known to all interested persons: The Bartlett Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 7 p.m. in the Bartlett City Hall Assembly Chambers to discuss the following Resolution:
Resolution 11-14, a resolution naming a successor registration agent to act as registration and paying agent for various indebtedness of the City of Bartlett, Tennessee.
This is an open meeting, and the public is welcome to attend. Written comments either for or against this Resolution will be considered if received by 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2014.
