NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Bartlett Historic Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 15, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall Annex, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, Tennessee.
The Commission will hear the request of Malcolm Hawkins for approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish the residence at 2964 Court Street, in the City of Bartlett Historic District. A Certificate of Appropriateness is required by the Zoning Ordinance, Article VI, Section 25.
A copy of this application may be seen in the Planning Office at the Bartlett City Hall Annex, weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Comments may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, Director, Planning and Economic Development, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38134, and are to be received no later than 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 15, 2016. Individuals having an interest in this application may also address the Commission at the hearing.

• The Growth Central Church, formerly Bush Grove Baptist Church, is requesting approval for a Historic Preservation Landmark Designation of the Brunswick Rosenwald School at 4549 Brunswick Road in Bartlett.
• John and Denise Suthoff are requesting approval for a Historic Preservation Landmark Designation of Cedar Hall at 3712 Broadway Road in Bartlett.

The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in the Assembly Chamber at Bartlett City Hall on Thursday, August 18th, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. for a hearing to consider the following request:
Sandra M. Forbes, 3621 Gillia Circle West, owner, is requesting a variance from Article V, Section 6, Chart 2 of the Bartlett Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is requesting rear yard setback variance to add a cover over an existing backyard patio in the RS-10 Single Family Zoning District.

Richard D. and Betty J. Bush, 4266 Dalton Downs, owners, are requesting a variance from Article V, Section 6, Chart 2 of the Bartlett Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is requesting a variance to permit an accessory structure to encroach into the front and back yard setbacks in the RS-10 Single Family Zoning District.
