The Bartlett Historic Preservation Commission will meet in the Bartlett City Hall Annex Conference Room at 6382 Stage
Road on Monday, November 16, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. for a hearing to consider the following request:
The City of Bartlett is requesting approval for a Historic Preservation Landmark Designation of the McCallum – Cooper House at 3101 Sycamore View Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38134.
Any citizen who may wish to appear and speak either for or against this request will be heard. Written comments, either for or against, may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, Bartlett City Hall Annex, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38134, and are to be received no later than 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 16, 2015.

The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in the Assembly Chamber at Bartlett City Hall on Thursday, 19th, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. for a hearing to consider the following request:
Mr. Randy Brewer, 4601 Westbrook Road, Bartlett, is requesting a ten (10) foot encroachment into the rear property line restriction. The property is located within the “RS-10” Single Family Residential Zoning District.
