Pursuant to the requirements of Ordinance 8-307 of the City of Bartlett, TN, the following information is made known to all interested persons:
TN Management Group LLC, has applied for an OFF-Premises permit to sell beer at Exxon, located at 6861 Highway 70, Bartlett, TN 38133
The Bartlett Beer Board will meet at 6:00 p.m. on June 2, 2015 at The Bartlett City Hall, 6400 Stage Rd., Bartlett, TN, to consider the above application after a Public Hearing. Any citizen who would like to appear and testify either for or against this application will be heard.

Ordinance 15-02, an ordinance to adopt the 2015-2016 General Fund, Street Aid Fund, Solid Waste Fund, General Improvement Fund, Drug Enforcement Fund, DEA Enforcement Fund, Drainage Fund, Parks Improvement Fund, Bartlett City School Fund, Utility Fund, Debt Service Fund, and Capital Improvements Fund Budgets.
Any citizen who may wish to appear and testify either for or against this Ordinance will be heard. Written comments either for or against this Ordinance will be considered if received by 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2015. These comments should be addressed to the attention of Mayor A.
