NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in the Assembly Chamber at Bartlett City Hall on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. for a hearing to consider the following request:
Mr. Michael Hicks, Project Manager, Commercial Site Design, PLLC, is requesting variances to the minimum parking requirements, maximum impervious area, and minimum setbacks for dumpster enclosure for the proposed Krispy Kreme Donut Shop located at 6072 Stage Road. The property is located within the General Business (C-G) Zoning District.
Any citizen who may wish to appear at Bartlett City Hall and testify either for or against this request will be heard. Written comments, either for or against, may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, City of Bartlett, Director of Planning and Economic Development, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134, and must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 21, 2016.
