NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in the Assembly Chamber at Bartlett City Hall on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. for a hearing to consider the following request:
Mr. Wesley Wooldridge, with the Renaissance Group, on behalf of Olympus, located at 2925 Appling Road, Bartlett, is requesting a variance from the 35% green open space requirement. The subject property is located within the “I-P” Planned Industrial Zoning District.
Any citizen who may wish to appear at Bartlett City Hall and testify either for or against this request will be heard.
