NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Bartlett Planning Commission will consider the following request at the Planning Commission meeting on Monday, May 2nd, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Bartlett City Hall in the Council Assembly Chamber.
Brenda Solomito, Solomito, Land Planning, is requesting “Planned Development Approval” to amend the existing Richland Valley PD by removing 5.1 acres from the recorded plat. The subject property is located adjacent to the Bartlett Logistic Center, southwest of the Richland View Lane Terminus, and west of the Butterfly View Lane Terminus, and is within the “RS-15” Residential Zoning District.
A copy of this proposal may be seen in the Planning Office at the Bartlett City Hall Annex, weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Comments may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, Bartlett City Hall Annex, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38134, and are to be received no later than 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 2nd, 2016.

The Bartlett Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following request at the Planning Commission meeting on Monday, May 2nd, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Bartlett City Hall, in the Assembly Chamber.
Brenda Solomito, Solomito Land Planning, is asking for approval to Rezone properties which are being added to the Bartlett Logistics Center plat presently zoned RS-10 PD (Residential Planned Development) and requested rezoned to I-P (Planned Industrial Park). The subject property is located southwest of the Richland View Lane Terminus, and west of the Butterfly View Lane Terminus. This Application to Rezone an additional 5.1 acres is being filed concurrently with the Planned Development Application.

NOTICE TO ALL PROPERTY OWNERS
As required by Tennessee Code Annotated § 67-5-508, the property assessment records of Shelby County will be available for public inspection at 1075 Mullins Station Road. These records may be inspected Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any person desiring to inspect these records may do so at the above times and places. Property assessment records may also be reviewed through the Assessor’s website at www.assessor.shelby.tn.us.
THE SHELBY COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION WILL BEGIN ITS ANNUAL SESSION TO EXAMINE AND EQUALIZE COUNTY ASSESSMENTS ON MAY 2, 2016. THE COUNTY BOARD WILL ACCEPT APPEALS FOR THE 2016 TAX YEAR UNTIL 4:30 P.M., JUNE 30, 2016, THE LAST DAY OF ITS REGULAR SESSION.
The Shelby County Board of Equalization (SCBoE) is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 1075 Mullins Station Road, Suite C-142. Any property owner who wishes to file a complaint or appeal to the County Board of Equalization should appear before the Board in person or by personal appearance of an agent for the owner who has the owner’s written authorization. Failure to appeal an assessment may result in the assessment becoming final without further right of appeal.
