NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in the Assembly Chamber at Bartlett City Hall on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. for a hearing to consider the following request:
Todd Roaten, Regency Homebuilders, on behalf of the property owners of 8655 Silverwood Drive, Bartlett, is requesting a variance from the minimum front yard setback in the rear of the home. This property is a triple frontage lot located within the “RS-12” Single Family Residential Zoning District.
Any citizen who may wish to appear at Bartlett City Hall and testify either for or against this request will be heard. Written comments, either for or against, may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, City of Bartlett, Director of Planning, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134, and are to be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2015.
