Pursuant to the requirements of Ordinance 8-3 of the City of Bartlett, TN, the following information is made known to all interested persons:
Ike Logan, has applied for an ON-Premises permit to sell beer at Fresh Slices Sidewalk Cafe, located at 6220 Stage Rd., Bartlett, TN 38134
The Bartlett Beer Board will meet at 7:00 p.m. on February 25, 2014 at The Bartlett City Hall, 6400 Stage Rd., Bartlett, TN, to consider the above application after a Public Hearing. Any citizen who would like to appear and testify either for or against this application will be heard.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Bartlett Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following request at the Planning Commission meeting on Monday, March 3rd, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.in the Bartlett City Hall, Assembly Chamber.
Paul Bray, Bray- Davis LLC, is requesting a Special Use Permit for 5735 Stage Road for a Convenience Store with Gas Sales and General Automotive Repair. This property is in the “C-G” – General Business Zoning District and requires a Special Use Permit.
A copy of this proposal may be seen in the Planning Office at the Bartlett City Hall Annex, weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Comments may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, Bartlett City Hall Annex, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38134, and are to be received no later than 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 3rd, 2014.
