Pursuant to the requirements of Ordinance 8-307 of the City of Bartlett, TN, the following information is made known to all interested persons:
Walgreens Co., has applied for OFF-Premises permits to sell beer at Walgreens #04083, #06341, #06465, #06958, located at: 5950 Stage Rd., 6565 St. Elmo Rd., 6697 Stage, Rd., 8097 Highway 70.
The Bartlett Beer Board will meet at 7:00 p.m. on January 13, 2015 at The Bartlett City Hall, 6400 Stage Rd., Bartlett, TN, to consider the above application after a Public Hearing. Any citizen who would like to appear and testify either for or against this application will be heard.

The Shelby County Department of Housing is accepting applications from eligible applicants for rehabilitation services under its Rehabilitation Assistance Programs. Individuals meeting federal income guidelines, who are owner-occupants, and live within Shelby County outside the City of Memphis may qualify for this assistance.
To be eligible for rehabilitation services, households must be considered low-to-moderate income. This means that a household can apply for assistance if annual income by household size is less than:

Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Assistance under these programs is provided on a first-come first-served basis and is based on the submission of a fully completed application form. Shelby County encourages applications from income eligible handicapped and elderly individuals whose homes are in need of rehabilitation services that will enable them to remain in their homes.
