City of Bartlett

PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in the Assembly Chamber at Bartlett City Hall on Thursday, April 18th, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. for a meeting to consider the following request:

Leonard and Elaine Bockhold, 2485 Doe Run, owners, are requesting a variance from Article VI, Section 19, of the Bartlett Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is requesting a variance to permit a fence to be located closer than the required distance from the street right-of-way in the RS-15 Single Family Zoning District.

Any citizen who may wish to appear at Bartlett City Hall and testify either for or against this request will be heard. Written comments, either for or against, may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, City of Bartlett; 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134, and are to be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2013.
