Paul Robert West of Lakeland was among the graduates at the University of Southern Mississippi’s fall commencement exercises on Dec. 13 in Hattiesburg, Miss. He earned a bachelor of science degree.
The event was held at Reed Green Coliseum. Mississippi Supreme Court Justices James Kitchens and Randy Pierce served as commencement speakers.
