Several from the Lakeland Lions Club traveled to the Memphis Airport on June 18 for an “eye opening” experience. Members had the honor of touring the Orbis Flying Eye Hospital and noted how interesting it was to see what they can do to teach third-world countries how to do eye surgeries.

The Lakeland Lions Club is one of the many organizations that donate money to Orbis so that they can continue to help prevent blindness all over the world.
