I have been spending my time working to improve the juvenile justice system in our state and making sure that the issues important to Tennesseans are heard.
Juvenile justice
I was honored to be appointed by Lieutenant Governor Randy McNally to serve as a member of the Joint Ad Hoc Tennessee Blue Ribbon Task Force on Juvenile Justice. Over the next several months, the task force will discuss the state’s juvenile justice system and offer suggestions on how to stop our youth from going down the wrong path.
I look forward to continuing the study of this important issue to make our state safer while saving taxpayer dollars. I am proud to serve as a member of the Task Force on Juvenile Justice!
Talking Tennessee
Not only do I fight for your interests in Nashville, I take the concerns of my constituents all the way to Washington, D.C. I was glad to meet with many leaders in our nation’s capital and give a voice to the needs of Shelby County. No matter where I go, I will always advocate on behalf of Tennesseans.
Headed to the West Wing to talk Tennessee
It is an honor to represent the citizens of East Memphis, Cordova, and Germantown. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to champion the causes that matter to you!
