At left is a black female and at right is a black male, both suspects in a shoplifting attempt from last summer. On March 29, the Bartlett Police Department released the photos and asked the public’s help in identifying them as the suspects in a July 11, 2015, incident at Walmart, 8400 U.S. 64.
The male suspect loaded a TV into a shopping cart the woman was pushing. He passed all points of sale without paying for the merchandise. He passed through the store’s exit doors with the cart, but a Walmart loss prevention associate stopped him in the vestibule. He left the cart and TV, exited the store and walked to a white vehicle in the parking lot.
The woman came out a short time later and got into the driver’s side of the same vehicle. If you can help ID these suspects, call Detective Denise Webb at (901) 385-5565.
