Fall festivals earn smiles this weekend
Bartlett is ready for the scent of candied apples and fall fun this weekend:
- A Halloween carnival at Singleton Community Center (7266 Third Road, Bartlett), 6-8 p.m. Oct. 24.
- The Bon Lin Elementary Carnival and Auction. 1-5 p.m. Oct. 25.
- The Bartlett Recreation Center’s Trunk or Treat (7700 Flaherty Place, Bartlett), 5-6 p.m. Oct. 25.
- Bartlett Community Concert Band’s Halloween concert at Bartlett Performing Arts and Convention Center, 3:30 p.m. Oct. 26.
- Bartlett Community Concert Band performing at The Botanic Gardens in Memphis, 7 p.m. Oct. 30.

Oct. 26 drive to collect donated items for children and moms
Do you have diapers, clothes, toys and supplies your children no longer need? Midsouth Moms Helping Moms welcomes your donations.
Items needed include diapers, wipes, coats, gloves, clothes, toys and other supplies for babies and toddlers. Drop-offs are 2-4 p.m. Oct. 26 at 2950 Elmore Park Road in Bartlett.
