Bolton High to perform ‘The Curious Savage’ Nov. 20-23

The Bolton StageLight Theatre at Bolton High School will present John Patrick’s “The Curious Savage” on Nov. 20-23. The plot follows the path of a widow whose greedy stepchildren put her in an asylum when she tries to donate her late spouse’s money to charity.

All shows begin at 7 p.m. except for the 2 p.m. Sunday matinée. Tickets are $10. Nov. 22 is student night with $5 tickets for students ages 5-18. Buy tickets at the door or reserve them in advance by calling (901) 873-8150, Ext. 242.

Bartlett Band Bazaar to offer Nov. 22 array

The Bartlett Band Bazaar will be 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Nov. 22 at Bethel Church (5586 Stage Road, Bartlett). The event will include a silent auction, concessions, and vendors with a wide range of products, services and crafts.

Shelby Farms’ ‘Starry Nights’ to operate Nov. 21-Dec. 28

More than 2 million LEDs and 14 new displays will illuminate Shelby Farms Park Nov. 21-Dec. 28 for Orion Starry Nights. Horse-drawn carriages will offer rides, and kids can enjoy hayrides.

Hours are 6-9 p.m. Sundays through Thurs-days and 6-10 p.m. Fridays through Saturdays at Shelby Farm Park (500 North Pine Lake Drive, Memphis). Admission is $20 per car, $50 per large van or limo, and $100 per charter bus.
