Fans of Thin Mints and Peanut Butter Patties can finally relax. It’s Girl Scout cookie time.
Girl Scouts throughout the Mid-South will be selling cookies at weekend booths and delivering pre-orders through March 16.

WWII vets plan sale March 7-8
Donors and shoppers are invited to a sale benefiting the “Forever Young” World War II veterans. New and used items will be sold 8 a.m.-2 p.m. March 7-8 at Church of Christ, 7265 Summer Ave., Bartlett.
The event will help fund a trip to France for local veterans wanting to mark the 70th anniversary of the invasion of Normandy.
Small donated items can be taken to the church, where two rooms have been reserved for storage. Larger items can be dropped off on March 6 while the sale is being set up for the next day.
