‘Twelfth Night’ show has mullets and a trailer park
Through April 27, Germantown Community Theater will continue performing the Shakespearean comedy, “Twelfth Night.”
This version is set in a modern-era trailer park. Pink flamingos, beer koozies and Astro Turf abound as Viola, the Duke, Olivia and their rowdy friends venture through a tale strewn with cross-dressing, love notes and mullets. Lots and lots of mullets.
Show times are 7:30 p.m. Thursdays, 8 p.m. Fridays ad Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays. Tickets are $21 for adults, $15 for senior citizens and students, and $10 for children 12 and younger. The theater is at 3037 Forest Hill Irene Road in Germantown.
