‘Fools’ performances set for Nov. 10-11

Bartlett High School’s production of Neil Simon’s “Fools” had its first performances on Nov. 3-5 and will have shows again at 7 p.m. on Nov. 10-11 in the school’s auditorium. This comic fable is set in a small Ukraine village in the late 19th century and follows a school teacher who takes on the task of educating a doctor’s daughter. He soon learns there is a curse on the village that makes everyone stupid, but then he falls in love with his pupil. PICTURED practicing their lines, from left, are Aubrey Hayes, Josh Morrow and Maranda Mays. Photo by Scott Steele.
