Lakeland’s families, city leaders and school district administrators flocked to Lakeland Elementary School Saturday to enjoy the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce’s Family Expo.
Admission was free, and businesses gave away samples, demos and discounts. Children of city and school leaders also gleefully pitched balls at the dunk tank until their parents took a big dive into the water. The event drew more than 200 attendees.
