The Lakeland Chamber hosted a ribbon cutting for the grand opening celebration of LA Fitness on Saturday, Feb. 21. Mayor Wyatt Bunker wielded the ceremonial scissors to cut the ribbon for an audience of city board members, chamber members, LA Fitness personnel, local residents and colorful characters from “The Cat in the Hat” and “Frozen.” The fitness club is located at 8864 U.S. 64.
