The Shelby County Trustee’s Office has released a list of convenient locations for Shelby County property owners to pay their current and delinquent county property taxes.
Trustee Office staff will be available to take payments on site. Seasonal payment centers will be located at multiple locations around the county Feb. 25 through Feb. 28. In some locations the Trustee’s Office will staff both a kiosk and cashier.
Taxpayers should bring their current property tax notice to expedite the process, said Mary Brown, director of operations for the Shelby County Trustee. However, staff can retrieve notices with proper identification, she said. County property taxes become delinquent March 1.
Taxpayers can also pay taxes as the Trustee’s main office at 157 Poplar, satellite locations in Millington City Hall and Arlington Town Hall and kiosk locations at several Bank of American branches. Go to www.shelbycountytrustee.com for a list of payment locations.
Taxpayers can utilize a kiosk at Bartlett City Hall between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Feb. 27 and 28.
