Bartlett was bustling with Halloween-themed events over the weekend. Singleton Community Center hosted a Halloween Carnival Friday evening. On Saturday, hundreds of children participated in festivities at the Bartlett Station Farmers’ Market and Bartlett Recreation Center, which hosted a Trunk or Treat event.
