Area colleges have released information on academic honors and graduations for students from the Mid-South.
Honors
- Emily Elliott of Lakeland, a junior undeclared major, and Alina Miller of Bartlett, a freshman undeclared major, were named to the fall 2014 dean’s list for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Students must have at least nine credit hours with a grade of A, B, C, or “credit” and at least a 3.5 grade point average. The student must not have D, F, I, or “No Credit” grades on the semester grade report.
- Tanner Maxwell Karp of Lakeland, a mechanical engineering major, was named to the fall 2014 president’s list at Clemson University in Clemson, S.C. To be named to the list, a student must achieve a 4.0 (all As) grade-point average.
