NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Bartlett Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following request at the Planning Commission meeting on Monday, August 5th, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Bartlett City Hall, in the Assembly Chamber.
Michael Rogers, Fisher & Arnold, Inc., is requesting approval to rezone parcel B0158 0025 and a portion of parcel B0158 00252, said properties currently zoned O-R-1 and totaling 6.889 acres. The purpose is to rezone the O-R-1 portion of this property to RS-12 to allow development of an assisted living facility. The subject property is located on the northwest side of Highway 70, approximately 350 feet northeast of Summerdale. This Application to Rezone is being filed concurrently with the Special Use Permit.
A copy of this proposal may be seen in the Planning Office at the Bartlett City Hall Annex, weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Comments may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, Bartlett City Hall Annex, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38134, and are to be received no later than 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 5th, 2013.
