NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Bartlett Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following request at the Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Bartlett City Hall, Assembly Chamber, 6400 Stage Road.
Game Xchange, 6832 and 6836 Stage Road, Bartlett, is requesting approval of a Special Use Permit to allow the sale of used video games in a retail store. This property is in the C-H Highway Business Zoning District and requires a Special Use Permit for sale of used merchandise.
A copy of this proposal may be seen in the Planning Office at the Bartlett City Hall Annex, weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Comments may be addressed to the attention of Terry Emerick, Bartlett City Hall Annex, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38134, and are to be received no later than 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 3rd, 2013.
