The Bartlett Police Department (BPD) has requested the public’s assistance in identifying a black male suspect, shown in this photo, at right. He is wanted for questioning regarding fraudulent use of credit/debit cards in the Bartlett area.
This subject was caught on security video allegedly using cards without the permission of the account holder.
