New at Pinnacle: Stephanie Pilkington and Ken Pruett have joined Pinnacle Financial Partners as senior vice presidents and mortgage advisors. Pilkington comes to Pinnacle from American Mortgage Service Company, where she was a loan originator. Previously, she was a teller for INSOUTH Bank in Covington. Pilkington is a graduate of Dyersburg State Community College, and is now based at Pinnacle’s mortgage loan production office in Atoka.
Pruett comes most recently from Community Bank of Mississippi, where he was a mortgage loan originator. Other roles included serving as a loan officer for Southpoint Financial Services in Hernando, Miss., a loan officer for Magna Bank in Memphis and North Mississippi regions and area manager for United Financial Mortgage Corporation in Memphis. Pruett earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi and is based at Pinnacle’s Memphis headquarters on Shady Grove Road.
Also new at Pinnacle: Also joining the firm’s Shady Grove Road team are Debbie Metcalf and Tessa Redding. Metcalf is a mortgage advisor assistant. She comes to Pinnacle from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where she was a home loan processor. Prior roles were with GMAC Mortgage Corporation, where she was a sales assistant, and Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, where she was a senior processor. Metcalf attended Memphis School of Commerce.
Redding also joins Pinnacle as a mortgage advisor assistant. She comes most recently from Trustmark National Bank, where she was a loan processor. Previously, she spent 13 years with First Tennessee Bank, where she served as a loan processor, underwriter, bank operations manager and team leader. Redding attended North Community College in Southaven, Miss.
MAAR honors: The Memphis Area Association of Realtors has announced the recipients of its 2017 awards. Cassandra Bell-Warren of 4 Success Realty LLC. was named Realtor of the Year. JoAnn Hughes of Crye-Leike Realtors was named Realtor-Associate of the Year. The Affiliate of the Year honor went to Jason Woods of Community Mortgage Corporation.
The Realtor Community Service Award went to Mary W. Sharp of Remax Real Estate Experts LLC. Gary Blume of Re/Max Real Estate Experts LLC. received the Lifetime Achievement Award. The Shorty Watkins Award went to Christy Stokes of First American Home Warranty and Sandy Moore of Baymark Title & Escrow Service.
Tommie Criswell, MAAR’s 2017 president, gave Presidential Awards to Leon Dickson Sr. of Benchmark of Southwind LLC. and Glenn Moore of Glenn Moore Realty.
Weichert’s agent training: Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc. has announced that the following agents have successfully completed Fast Track training: Affiliate brokers Rob Hyder and Shane Churchwell, both from the Germantown office. The training helps quickly bring new Weichert affiliated agents, as well as current agents interested in taking a refresher course, up to speed on the latest information and technology available to real estate professionals.
Best attorney honor: The Burdette Law Firm has announced that its founder, Christina M. Burdette, is the recipient of the 10 Best Attorneys of Tennessee Award for the calendar years 2017 & 2018 as selected by the American Institute of Legal Counsel Family Law Division.
