The 10th anniversary of Bon Lin Elementary in Bartlett was a smash hit on March 3 with a roomful of attendees that included former personnel and students, as well as the school’s current parents and students.
The 6-8 p.m. celebration included speeches from Bartlett mayor Keith McDonald, students, school administrators and the current Bon Lin Parent Teacher Association (PTA) president.
Principals performed a skit for the attendees, and the fifth-grade choir also sang two songs. The festivities ended with refreshments for all.
