Bolton High senior standout Jaylen Fisher announced Thursday that he has reopened his recruitment.
The four-star point guard committed to UNLV last fall. However, Rebels coach Dave Rice was fired in January.
“I was very much looking forward to the opportunity to be a Rebel this year,” Fisher tweeted Thursday night. “But there have been a lot of changes with the program since I committed to UNLV; changes that have made me reconsider whether UNLV is still a good fit for me.”
Former Rebel assistant Ryan Miller helped recruit Fisher to Las Vegas. He is now at TCU.
