Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett welcomed its first baby of 2019, Ezra Wayne Pipkin at 9:59 p.m. Jan. 1, 2019. He is the son of Sarah Hopper and Christopher Wayne Pipkin Jr. of Saulsbury, Tenn. The infant weighed 8 lbs. and 14 oz.
