The Bartlett Police Department (BPD) reported the following incidents for Dec. 8-14, 2014.

Dec. 8
Stage Hills Boulevard (business burglary)
Someone burglarized the offices of Keeling Corporation (8060 Stage Hills Boulevard) between 5 p.m. Dec. 5 and 7:15 a.m. Dec. 8. The complainant found a side window broken, and about $300 in cash was missing.
Employees said there is a closed circuit TV surveilance record available.
Dec. 10
Meadowfield Lane (attempted auto theft)
A man reported that he ran outside around 1:28 a.m. Dec. 10 when he heard his truck alarm going off in his garage. He saw two suspects in dark clothes and hoodies running away.
He said he left the garage door open and locked his truck, but the passenger side door does not lock. He said nothing was missing from his vehicle or garage.
U.S. 64 (burglary)
Someone stole a 32-inch LG LCG TV from Room 221 at the Suburban Lodge (7380 U.S. 64) between 11 p.m. Dec. 9 and 1 p.m. Dec. 10.
Dec. 13
Memphis Arlington Road (gas drive-off)
The manager at Flash Market (6506 Memphis Arlington Road) said a black male driving a black SUV left without paying for gas the evening of Dec. 13.
Bardstown Road (vandalism)
A man filed a vandalism report on Dec. 13. He said officers handled an intoxication complaint on Bardstown Road around 9:30 p.m. Dec. 11. The next morning, he noticed that someone had removed the antenna from his 1999 Chevrolet Caprice, and his sister’s hair dryer was in the neighbor’s yard.
Dec. 14
Shadow Glen Lane (residential burglary)
A man reported on Dec. 14 that someone had stolen these items from his garage: a red 190cc Troy-Bilt lawnmower ($250), Troy-Bilt 2 Cycle weed trimmer ($130), Black & Decker hedge trimmer ($60), Black & Decker 12 amp blower ( $5), Poulan chainsaw ($500), sports drink mouthpiece cover ($6) and wall hooks ($25).
Dec. 15
Unspecified location (theft)
The driver of school bus No. 207 reported that someone stole her Samsung tablet on Dec. 11 while the bus was en route to drop off a student. She noticed it was missing around 4:25 p.m. and had Verizon use a program to locate it. She went to the address and told the parents the tablet was in the house. They found it on the suspect’s bed and returned it to her.
