Shelby County residents who don’t have curbside pickups for their natural Christmas trees and other greenery can take them to the Christmas tree recycling center in the south parking lot of the Shelby County Showplace Arena (105 Germantown Rd).
The trees and greenery will be accepted through 3:30 p.m. Jan. 10.
Last year 40+ tons of Christmas greenery were collected and turned into mulch. Mulch will be available to the public in the spring.
