Arlington defeats Bartlett 66-62

The Bartlett Panthers fell 66-62 to Arlington Friday night despite having the lead at halftime. After a 19-17 run in the first quarter, the Panthers held on to a 38-37 lead at halftime. However, Arlington used a 16-10 run to open the second quarter and gain the lead. Both teams traded baskets in the final quarter and Arlington got the win. Exavian Young paced the Panthers with 21 points. Carlos Sandifer added 14 points. Nathan Hoover and Garrett Golday led Arlington with 31 combined points. Bartlett (11-12) will host Bolton this Friday night. Arlington (18-7) will play at Kingsbury this Friday. ABOVE: Vince Gray glides to the basket past Hoover for the easy score to start the game.
