The Bolton StageLight Theatre actors will stage an original version of a classic tale at tonight’s performance. Join them for the Murder Mystery Spaghetti Dinner at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 4. Tiny Tim and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future will try to solve the mystery of who killed Scrooge.
Bolton students who wrote “A Christmas Carol: Murder Edition” include Melanie Beach, Jeremy Fuller, D.J. Maldonado, Dylan Ortiz, Robbie Ramirez and Destin Williams.
The evening begins with a Olive Garden-sponsored dinner of spaghetti, salad and breadsticks in the cafeteria, followed by the play in the school’s theater. The event raises money for senior scholarships. The event also includes a silent auction that will donate all profits to the Alicia Morales White Musical Theater Scholarship. Items include tickets to plays and sporting events around Memphis, as well as other merchandise. Tickets are $10.
