Bartlett’s home sales drop, but sales prices rise

In July, Bartlett saw a 9.5% drop in home sales over June, but the median sales price rose 7.6% to $165,000, according to the Memphis Area Association of Realtors. July new home sales showed a 30.8% uptick over June. For the year to date, Bartlett’s total home sales are down from 602 to 556 (a 7.6 percent decline), but the median sales price for the year to date has risen to $159,450 (a 4.2 percent increase). Bartlett artist is recognized in Cordova show

Bartlett dentist Dr. Tim Hacker is one of the artists whose work is being featured in the Memphis/Germantown Art League’s Platinum Star Artists Show at the WKNO Ten Ninety One Gallery.
