PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Bartlett will conduct a public meeting to receive comment concerning the City of Bartletts National Pollution Discharge Elimination System General Permit for discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems annual report. The meeting will be held immediately after the Planning Commission meeting at the following address at the date and time indicated:

A copy of the report will be available for review at the Department of Engineering and Utilities, 6382 Stage Road, during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, beginning August 18, 2014. If you cannot attend the meeting and wish to comment on the report, please mail your comments to the Bartlett Department of Engineering and Utilities, ATTN: MS4 Annual Report Comments. Or you can e-mail your comments to dfent@cityofbartlett.org. Please put MS4 Annual Report Comments in the subject line of any e-mail. Comments will be accepted until 5 p.m. September 15, 2014.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the requirements of the State of Tennessee and Ordinances of the City of Bartlett, Tennessee, the following is published and made known to all interested persons: The Bartlett Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet on Tuesday, August 26th, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. in the Bartlett City Hall Council Room to consider the following:
A Resolution Approving a Special Use Permit for AAA Collision Center to operate an Automobile Paint and Body Shop to be located at Grace Subdivision, Lot 2, Summer Avenue within the C-H Highway Business Zoning District.
Any citizen who may wish to appear and testify either for or against this resolution will be heard. A copy of this proposal may be seen in the Planning Office at Bartlett City Hall Annex, weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Comments may be addressed to the attention of Mayor A. Keith McDonald, Bartlett City Hall, 6400 Stage Road, Bartlett, Tennessee, 38134, and are to be received no later than 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 26th, 2014.
