Mike Cooper, general manager and executive producer, is one of the original KPTR.com “Skybox Crew,” which recently broke through the 1,000-broadcast barrier. As of Jan. 28, KPTR.com had broadcast 1,006 Bartlett events since its first night in November of 2002. That includes nearly all of Bartlett’s football, boys basketball, and girls basketball games, as well as many Panther baseball games and a competition including Bartlett’s award-winning Winter Guard team. Also through Jan. 28, KPTR.com, WVWT.com, KTSQ.com and The SkyBox Broadcasting International Network have broadcast a combined total of 1,143 sports events and a grand total of 1,435 events.
